It's a Big Day!

Yep, finally opening day for the Blazers season! Tonight, the Blazers play the Lakers at the Staples Center. Tough (nationally televised) opening game v. the Western Conference Champions. I have faith, though.

The only problem I have is deciding who will be Deanne Rhyme's favorite player. Which is a highly coveted honor, let me tell you. Players are vying for that spot as hard as PT minutes. Word.

Also, keep an eye out for Detonate tonight. You might have to download it, since I know you all will be watching the game!

• Saw Wale and Blu at SOB's - crazy packed and hot show. Wale played with UCB - a live go go band from DC
• Went to Brazilian Beat Brooklyn at Black Betty.
• Went to see a comedy show at Rafifi called Sweet Haven. Funny.
• Ate so much delicious vegan food - including a pizza roll, dim sum, and ice cream!
• Some tourist shit...Central Park, the Met, etc.
